About Nicola Sozzi

I am a Milan-based interior designer and University Professor. My work blends Milanese modernism with Mediterranean classicism, shaped by extensive experience in Italy and abroad. My research into objets trouvés deeply informs my styling and set design, leading to collaborations with international studios on installations, collectible design, and immersive events.

In 2025, I co-founded Cantieri Mobili to foster design culture and urban artistic curation. My creative approach merges literature, art, and eclecticism with a focus on balance—combining the raw energy of the '80s with poetry and philosophy. In my work, white serves as the common thread, bridging formal rigor and absolute creative freedom.
